FROM THE MAIN GATE

Walk straight and turn left on the road before the giant staircase. Walk straight and you will be able to see the International Education Building on your left.

FROM THE BACK GATE (이대후문)

Walk straight until you see the end of the road (Case Hall on your right and Welch-Ryang Auditorium on your left). You may find a giant staircase and take it down. Turn right and follow the road. You will be able to see the International Education Building on your left.

Transportation

Via City Bus

There are city buses all around Seoul and is one of the most convenient ways on getting to the University. You may choose to get off between the two bus stops enumerated below by riding the following buses:

To Ewha Subway Station (이대역)
  • Blue: 163, 170, 171, 172, 270, 271, 273, 371, 472, 602, 603, 700, 705, 721, 751

Via City Subway

Once leaving Exit #2 of Ewha Womans University Station (Line #2), walk about 300 meters straight until you reach the Main gate. Follow the directions on how to go to the International Education Building from the main gate.

Airport Transportation

Subway

Take the Airport Railroad (AREX) International Airport Station and get off at Hongik University Station. Transfer to Line #2 (Green Line) in the direction going towards Sinchon. Ewha Womans University is 2 stations away. Get off at Exit #2 of the stop and follow the direction on how to go to the International Education Building from the main gate.

Airport Bus

Take the Airport Bus #6002 from the bus terminals located at Incheon International Airport. Get off at Ewha Womans University Subway Station and cross the street to Exit #2. Follow the directions on how to go to the International Education Building from the main gate.

Taxi

Taxis are on standby 24 hours a day at Incheon International Airport. A trip to Ewha Womans University will cost approximately 50,000 – 60,000 won. Initial fare on the meter is about 4,000 won for a regular taxi and about 6,500 won for a black luxury limousine taxi. Taxi fares increase by 20% after midnight.

Visitor Parking Rates

Visitors are charged a parking fee depending on the length of stay:

  1. First 15 minutes: 1,000 won
  2. First 30 minutes: 2,000 won
  3. 10 minutes overtime: 500 won
  4. 10 minutes overtime after 2 hours: 1,000 won
  5. Maximum fee a day: 30,000 won

In case of visit for business, meetings or official events, you may get a parking ticket from the GSIS office. Please visit the GSIS office at #1102, International Education Building and ask the staffs or the TAs in charge.
